MULTISAB: Multivariate time series analysis in biomedicine Java-based processing framework

MULTISAB is an extensive Java-based framework containing many features covered in the biomedical time series (signal) analysis literature, including general time series features, heart rate variability features, electroencephalogram (EEG) features, electrocardiogram (ECG) features and biomedical signal preprocessing methods. The framework also contains machine learning algorithms, feature selection methods, data preparation, and model reporting packages. The framework was an integral part of the experimental MULTISAB platform, an online platform devoted to general multivariate time series analysis and machine learning models construction, as a part of Croatian Science Foundation early career project MULTISAB .
The download zip consists of the processing framework and a paper describing it, which was published at IUPESM 2018 international conference. By downloading the framework, the user agrees that the framework is a piece of open-source software written in Java and that the Authors distribute the software under the lesser general public license LGPL v3. The users may link the framework as independent, non-modified library in their own commercial software. The users may also modify the source code for non-commercial purposes. The user is requested to contact the Authors if they want to modify the framework's source code and use such a modified code for commercial purposes.
