Abstract

   Progressive development of modern hospital information systems generates the most interesting area of interest for medical staff and computer engineers.  Integration of today’s medical equipment and human skills, from different area, is a key concept in those systems. The development of new hospital information systems eliminates the aspect of space. Virtual existence of all the subjects in hospital systems becomes reality according to use of new network concepts. New standard for transportation of medical data such as HL7 and X3D standard for virtual reality in use with web services brings visualization of medical data on Internet to reality.  This paper discusses definition of one such system. It defines strict processing script language (XML schema) and transfer of medical data to distant processing unit with defined process of returning results to request party
(web services).
